This website is owned and operated by KK Foster Art (@kkfosterartist). This website provides access to art made by KK Foster, along with prices for each piece. By using this website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

When buying or intending to buy an item, please be sure to read the entire listing prior to purchase. The prices for each item are listed with the items on the website. 

If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your product, then please reach out to me as soon as possible. We can discuss a return and/or exchange for a new item. You will have 12 days to return the item from the date it was delivered.

Once I receive the item back, I will let you know it has been received and determine next steps. 

We can discuss if you would like a replacement item or a refund. If you would like a refund, I will refund you through a payment method that is agreed upon. This payment process may take a few days to transfer to your account, but I will ensure it is completed.
